I love to begin my day with a wellness shot. It not only starts my day with a healthy intention, but also helps to boost my metabolism. Apple cider vinegar and cinnamon have been known to reduce hunger and balance blood sugar... lemon helps with weight loss, is packed with Vitamin C, and promotes digestion while increasing the metabolic rate... cayenne pepper helps raise body temperature to raises your metabolism. For an added boost, I love to add Goop Glow to improve my skin tone.

To make just mix:
one packet of Goop Glow (optional)
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
4 oz water
Squeeze of one full lemon
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 to 2 Shakes of cayenne pepper (to your tolerance)
